SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

Shipping Policy 

 Orders placed after 12:00 pm MST Monday through Friday will begin processing the next day and will ship between 3-5 business days. Orders do not ship or deliver on Saturday or Sunday.

Due to COVID-19, please bear with us as we process as fast as possible. Thanks for your patience.  

 You will be sent an email notification as soon as your order is shipped. 

 Presale disclaimer: Any items sold on pre-sale are subject to additional delays and complications. Oftentimes pre-sales are launched while the product is in route to our warehouse and given the weather or other economic factors there might be delays. Pre-sale orders are shipped out given the same parameters as standard sale items once the merchandise has arrived in our warehouse. 

 Domestic Shipping 

 We offer free domestic (United States) shipping for any order over $100, before taxes and discounts. No code necessary.  

 Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of placing your order. This does not include weekends and holidays. We are a small team working to keep everyone stoked while getting your new gear out on time. So, please allow extra ship time during sale periods or the holiday seasons. We will do our best to ensure that your order is received as quickly as possible. Orders that ship free will go the cheapest option, which is typically USPS. A tracking number will be emailed to you after the order has shipped.     

 International Shipping 

 Customs and duty fees are not included. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay these fees. Please note that we cannot determine the duty fees from country to country. Please contact your local customs office if you have further questions. We do not refund shipping costs for customers that reject their packages upon arrival for failure to pay duty fees. All prices are in US dollars. Currently, we only accept credit card payments online from selected countries.

 Returns 

 We want you to be 100% satisfied with your TGR purchase, so we gladly accept returns on unworn merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of the ship date. All tags must be attached. If merchandise is returned that shows signs of wear, it will not be accepted and returned back to you.  

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless an item is defective or you receive an incorrect item. Open DVDs and Blu-Rays cannot be returned unless the item was damaged prior to delivery. Our warranty covers defective items, not accidental damage or damage that occurred due to misuse. 

Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed after you see that it’s been delivered. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. TFR is not responsible for return freight charges.
