Orders typically are processed & shipped within 72 hours excluding weekends and holidays. We're a small team working to keep everyone stoked and get packages out in time-please allow extra ship time during sale periods or holiday seasons. We will do our best to ensure your order is received as quickly as possible. Orders shipping through a free option will go the cheapest option, which will usually be through the post office. A tracking # will be emailed to the customer after the order has shipped.
Customs and duty fees are not included and it is the customer's responsibility to pay. We cannot determine the duty fees for country to country, please contact your local customs office if you have any questions. We do not refund shipping costs for customers that reject their packages upon arrival for failure to pay duty fees. All prices are in US dollars. Currently, we only accept credit card payments online from selected countries.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your TGR purchase we will gladly accept returned items. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition with all tags attached. Garments that are returned with signs of being worn will not be accepted and immediately returned.
Please start by contacting TGR’s customer service at email@example.com or call 307-734-8192. The customer service agent will issue you a Return Authorization Number, which should be written on the outside of the box being returned. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the reason for return is a fault of TGR or an item is defective. Open DVDs and Blu-Rays cannot be returned unless the item was damaged prior to delivery. Our warrany only covers defective items, not accidental damage or missuse. All returns must be received within 30 days of the ship date. Please allow 3-5 days for the refund to be processed. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. TGR is not responsible for return freight charges.
