TGR is a lifestyle. For the past 25+ years, our office has been the outdoors. From ocean swells, to mountain peaks, to rushing rivers-- these have been our desks, our workspace & our lifestyle. We live and think outside. The stoke that we embrace is based around natural elements. It comes from pushing ourselves to the edge of what is possible.

And despite pushing boundaries, TGR also aims to tread lightly. Since its inception, the company has been committed to minimizing its impact on the environment and supporting a range of environmental initiatives, including  Protect Our Winters,  One Percent for the Planet, and the Surfrider Foundation. Progression, after all, takes many forms.

We strive to live this with our products too. Whether sourcing the finest recycled materials or looking for sustainably raised organic cotton or working with suppliers using wind energy (as we do exclusively at our HQ in Jackson), we continue to look for new ways to do what's best for this amazing planet.

We focus on educational initiatives, political advocacy and community-based activism.

We bring dollars and doers together to accelerate smart environmental giving. 1% for the Planet is a global movement inspiring businesses and individuals to support environmental solutions through annual membership and everyday actions. We advise on giving strategies, we certify donations, and we amplify the impact of our network.
