SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

Shipping Policy 

Orders are processed in the order they are received, Monday - Friday. Orders are shipped within 5-7 business days. 

You will be sent an email notification as soon as your order is shipped. 

Presale disclaimer: Any items sold on pre-sale are subject to additional delays and complications. Oftentimes pre-sales are launched while the product is in route to our warehouse and given the weather or other factors there might be delays. Pre-sale orders are shipped out as quickly as possible once the items arrive at our warehouse. 

Domestic Shipping 

We offer free domestic (United States) shipping for any order over $75, before taxes and discounts. No code necessary.  

We do our best to ensure that your order is received as quickly as possible. Orders that ship free will ship via USPS. You will receive emails (or texts, depending on if you've opted in or not) as your order is processed and shipped. 

International Shipping 

Customs and duty fees are not included. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay these fees. Please note that we cannot determine the duty fees from country to country. Please contact your local customs office if you have further questions. We do not refund shipping costs for customers that reject their packages upon arrival for failure to pay duty fees. All prices are in US dollars. Currently, we only accept credit card payments online from selected countries.

Returns 

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your TGR purchase, so we gladly accept returns on unworn merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of the ship date. All tags must be attached. If merchandise is returned that shows signs of wear, it will not be accepted and returned back to you.  

Open DVDs and Blu-Rays cannot be returned unless the item was damaged prior to delivery.

Our warranty covers defective items, not accidental damage or damage that occurred due to misuse.
