The partnership between the Grateful Dead and Teton Gravity Research continues… Introducing TGR Optics x Grateful Dead. Like a Grateful Dead show, riding on snow is an improvisational journey that relies on all of one's senses, especially vision. While sound might be the most important sense for music, the ability to see is paramount while skiing or snowboarding. With this in mind, Teton Gravity Research created a collection of ski & snowboard goggles that optimizes your on-mountain experience featuring Carl Zeiss Optics lens technology. See the world through our lens in four retro inspired, spherical goggle options. Choose between the Lazy Lightning Bolt, Owsley’s Dancing Bears, Dancing Skeletons, or the TGR Steal Your Face.

Each pair of goggles features magnetic interchangeable lenses with high light & low light lens options.

Lens Technology: TGR x Carl Zeiss Lenses

Each frame includes two lens options designed by Carl Zeiss Optics, created with the sole purpose of optimizing your on-snow experience. The Sun Lens is made for bluebird sunny days where protection from the sun is critical.

Retro Inspired Spherical Frames

Each TGR Optics x Grateful Dead frame features magnetic interchangeable MI2 technology that allows quick, seamless lens changes on the lift or trail. Change between Sun & Low Light lenses in seconds. Tri-layer foam offers maximum comfort. Spherical frames offer retro style, better glare defense, increased ventilation, and the most optically correct with minimal distortion.
