If you are not 100% satisfied with your TGR purchase we will gladly accept returned items. Please start by contacting TGR’s customer service at customerservice@tetongravity.com or call (307)734-8192. The customer service agent will issue you a Return Authorization Number, which should be written on the outside of the box being returned. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the reason for return is a fault of TGR or an item is defective. Open DVDs and Blu-Rays cannot be returned unless the item was damaged prior to delivery. All returns must be received within 30 days of the ship date.
