If you need to return/exchange an item simply email us at customerservice@tetongravity.com with a subject line of: Return-Order #(input your order number). Make sure to indicate what item(s) your are trying to return/exchange. We will reply with a RA# and instructions for the return/exchange.
All returns are subject to approval by a store manager.
